Randall Simmonds have completed 22 new houses and flats for Knightstone Housing Association in Filton, Bristol. The scheme will provide affordable and shared ownership units on the site of a former elderly persons home in Rectory Lane. Randall Simmonds were the Employer’s Agent for the project and we are now working on a block of 8 flats for people with learning difficulties in Filton for Knightstone.
