Randall Simmonds are currently managing the development and refurbishment of the Headland Hotel, Torquay. The project has two phases: an extension to form a new bar lounge and new external terrace in 2015, followed by the forming of a
new swimming pool / spa area within the west wing of the existing building in 2016.
