Construction on 185 new build low energy homes site at Gwel Basset, Tolgus, near Redruth for Treveth Developments LLP, is on site/. The majority of these homes, 90, will be private rent, 61 will be affordable rent, 22 will be open market sale and 12 will be shared ownership homes.
