A high quality refurbishment of the existing office accommodation at 24 Hills Road Cambridge. Randall Simmonds were appointed as the Quantity Surveyors and CDM Coordinators by the client Royal London Asset Management.
The works to the 4 storey office building, comprising enhancements to the reception and commons parts, ground, first and third floor offices as well as external and facade enhancements. The second floor remained occupied during the works which were successfully completed in February 2012.
