Our post-contract cost consultancy services will include:-
- Valuing the work in progress on site and recommending amounts of interim payments;
- Preparing statements of estimated final cost periodically throughout the duration of the contract;
- Advising on the approximate cost effect of variations under consideration;
- Measuring and preparing bills of variations to the contract and pricing and agreeing the amounts of extras and savings with the contractor;
- Continuously collaborating with all members of the design team to monitor costs throughout the construction period;
- Examining, evaluating and negotiating the settlement of any contractual disputes;
- Preparing and presenting the final account as a detailed statement of the final cost of the project.
