Randall Simmonds have been working with Chapter 1, a national housing charity and Plymouth City Council on a flagship project in Plymouth to bring the Hoegate House, the former job centre, back into use. The project was completed in September 2015 and the conversion will provides 30 one and two bedroom apartments for affordable rent. This is the first project delivered by in Plymouth under its empty homes policy.
