Randall Simmonds were the Quantity Surveyors for the refurbishment of the reception, 2nd to 4th floors rs of this highly prestigious Grade II* Listed office building in the heart of Mayfair. The £2.5m refurbishment was completed in 2017 to this high quality modern office building and comprised the stripping out to a shell condition, fitting out to a Cat A quality and was successfully completed in a 25 calendar week programme.
The Time & Life Building was originally designed in 1951-3 by Michael Rosenauer, with interiors under the direction of Sir Hugh Casson, and as a result is listed at Grade II*, having rare art by Sir Henry Moore as part of the building.
