We acted as as Quantity Surveyor on an office, corridor and lift lobby modernisation project spread over three floors of this nine-storey, West End landmark building. This is Phase 1 of a project that will encompass modernisation of the building’s two receptions, construction of a new end of trip/commuter facility and completion of common parts refurbishment – due to complete in 2023.
