Randall Simmonds having been working with St Andrew’s Healthcare, the UK’s largest mental healthcare charity, since 2009. We provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM services for the on-going refurbishment, fit-out and new build construction programme across their estate, including the refurbishment of Isham House (pictured below) which was completed in 2012 and implements new low and medium secure standards to the care facilities and bed spaces.
