The new headquarters offices for Cornerstone Housing designed by Heighway Field Associates and constructed by Morgan Sindall of Barnstaple. Randall Simmonds provided Employers Agent, Chartered Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordinator Services.
The project also delivered 6 new affordable apartments on this highly constrained city centre site. Cornerstone House on Western Way, Exeter provides a new base for Cornerstone’s Housing Officers, Finance and Development staff, Customer Services and Management Team. Randall Simmonds have also worked with Cornerstone to deliver the new works depot in Wykes Road, Exeter from where the Repairs and Maintenance Sections operate.
