The redevelopment of Bridge House Garages Site was completed in 2013. The development for The London Borough of Hackney will provide 40nr apartments for rent and affordable home ownership. The outside spaces include children’s play space and underground car parking. Randall Simmonds were the Employer’s Agents and CDM Co-ordinators.
